What your calendar hides: the profit left after every turnover cost.
Triage — net-negative bookings
Bookings whose gross does not cover their own turnover cost. Each one is money lost while the calendar looks “full”. Tap a row to locate the property on the map.

Color = net € per available night — red is a loss, gray near zero, deeper blue is better. Thin bar = occupancy. Tap or hover a tile for details.

Pricing decisions
Gap-night floor decisions from the local decision log. “Propose now” scans the next 30 days for gap nights priced below your cost floor (turnover + travel + minimum margin). Preview always shows the exact payload first — nothing is written without an explicit confirm.

Margin Copilot
Reads the same figures as Decisions, ranks where money moves the most, and for each one weighs the options and marks the best. Nothing here writes prices — staging a move routes to Decisions, where every write still goes through Preview and a two-step confirm.

Monthly gross targets
Click a property to open its month plan — how the month is selling, what the area is doing, and three projections with their assumptions spelled out. Then set a gross revenue target per month and track booked gross against it. Progress comes from the same reservation data as the dashboard, sliced per month.

Alerts
Checks gap nights priced below your cost floor in the next 30 days, plus new bookings since the last check. Running it here never sends a notification — but it does record the bookings it sees as seen, so a scheduled check_alerts will not re-alert about them.
